Back to Top1. Where do I park??
PARKING: We want to make your arrival at JazzFest West a smooth one, so we have added a few new wrinkles... please take note of the following. PRINT OUT the Parking Plan! VIP PARKING: If you purchase VIP tickets, you must also purchase a VIP Parking Pass ($10); one per 4 tickets maximum. You cannot buy parking passes the weekend of the event. You will be directed to Lot 2 (close to the Food Court entrance), which will only be used for VIP ticketholders. GOLD PARKING: Gold ticketholders will receive free parking in our backstage "Staff & Band" parking lot. A parking tag will be mailed with your ticket order, so you can enter the event easily. We will also create a Gold entrance so that you can walk directly from the parking lot into the Gold Area... there is no longer a need to walk through the front gate area. ADA PARKING: We have ADA Parking available in Lot 1, and you must enter Bonelli from the 57 FWY at Via Verde (pay $8 per car at the kiosk). All appropriate state issued auto identification is required and will be strictly enforced. GEN. ADMISSION PARKING: All GA ticketholders will be parking at the nearby Fairplex fairgrounds and will be shuttled efficiently to the front gate. The cost will be $9 per car, and the shuttle is free. ONLY use the Fairplex Drive exit from The 10 Freeway - follow the signs. PREFERRED PARKING LOT: For those GA ticket holders who would like Preferred Parking inside Bonelli Park, the cost is $15 per car; shuttles (if needed) will deliver you to the front gate. You must buy these Preferred Parking passes in advance through the website.

What Comes With Gold:

  • Early Entrance (10 a.m.), backstage parking (pass for every 4 tickets), and a Reserved Seat in the front rows
  • Seating is provided If you purchase gold tickets, you will receive free parking in our backstage "Staff & Band" parking lot. Parking passes will be mailed or emailed with your tickets. Due to the limit on parking at Bonelli, there is a limit of one parking pass for up to 4 Gold tickets purchased, per household. There will be a Gold Entrance backstage, so you can walk directly from the parking lot into the Gold Area.

  • Parking Passes are available for VIP for $10, please make sure you add the VIP Parking Pass to your order (1 pass for every 4 tickets) If you purchase VIP tickets, you can also purchase a VIP Parking Pass for $10. There is a limit of one VIP parking pass for up to 4 tickets. VIP parking must be purchased in advance, and the parking passes will be mailed or emailed to you with your tickets. Parking in the VIP lot is within walking distance to the special VIP entrance.

    Back to Top6. Is there shade over my seat in VIP or GOLD?
    Please note that Gold and VIP reserved seating is not shaded. However, there will be two separate hospitality areas with tables and umbrellas for Gold and VIP ticketholders. Please note that seating at the umbrella tables is NOT RESERVED.

    Back to Top7. What are the times for the festival?
    Doors will open at 10:30 am for General Admission, 10:15 for VIP, and 10:00 for GOLD. Music will end at approximately at 9 pm every night. We ask that you do not bring in any food or beverages except two personal sealed bottles of water per person.

    Back to Top8. I bought General Admission, where can I park?
    If you purchase GA tickets, you have two parking options: You can purchase Preferred Parking for $15 per car. This is parking inside Bonelli Park. New to 2010, we have quick loading trams that will deliver you very quickly to the front gate. You must buy these Preferred Parking passes in advance through the website, or our box office over the phone. If you are a GA ticketholder and you do not purchase preferred parking in advance, you will park at the nearby Fairplex fairgrounds and will be shuttled efficiently to the front gate. The cost will be $9 per car, and the shuttle is free. ONLY use the Fairplex Drive exit from The 10 Freeway - there will be the signs to guide you.

    Back to Top9. Where is my PrintPass?
    If you have not received your PrintPass, please check your spam folder. Many times tickets will go straight into Junk Mail. The tickets are coming from the email address hello@frontgatetickets.com. If your PrintPass is not in your spam folder, please send an email to info@omegaevents.com, or call 949-362-3366.

    Back to Top10. How do I print my tickets?
    To print out your tickets, open your PrintPass email. You need to click on the URL and enter the user ID and passcode that is given in the email. Be sure that you enter your order number and passcode EXACTLY as is appears. The easiest way to make sure they are exact is to copy and paste them into the text fields. Once you click “Pickup Tickets”, red links will appear listing each ticket type. Click these links to download the tickets. Also, make sure that no pop-up blockers are installed. Your tickets may be downloading without showing a pop-up box, so check the folder where you receive downloaded files – the tickets may be in there. You will need the latest version of Adobe PDF Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions.html. If you are still having trouble with PrintPass, and you did NOT purchase parking, you can simply bring your order number and photo ID to the front gate, and someone would be happy to print your tickets for you.
