INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 11-20:
All tickets ordered Feb. 15 through midnight Thurs. July 10 were mailed to the customer at the address on the credit card. Despite what your receipt may indicate, all tickets ordered Fri. July 11 through Sun. July 20 will be held for pick up at the front gate WILL CALL booth. You must bring a valid picture ID and the credit card used for the transaction - no exceptions. Please Note: If you have ordered Preferred Parking on the dates of July 11-20, your name will be on the Parking List at either entrance to Bonelli Park (at the parking kiosk). If you have ordered VIP or Gold tickets on the dales of July 11-20, your name will also be on the Parking List, but you will need to pay $8 when you arrive. ADVANCE TICKET PRICES FOR 2008: (NOTE: A $3 Facility Fee is added to the face price of each ticket.) GENERAL ADMISSION $45 per day $75 for the 2-Day Pass Children (ages 6-12) are $10 for GA, $40 for VIP Children (ages 5 and under) are free! VIP: $90 per day. Ticket includes reserved seating, VIP restrooms, separate beverage bar with $1 off all drinks, event lithograph, umbrella tables and some shade structures. GOLD: $175 per day. Ticket includes access to the stagefront Gold Area, reserved seating in front rows, catered meal, complementary drinks, t-shirt, lithograph, VIP restrooms, lots of shade. DAY-OF-SHOW PRICES: At the door, tickets will be $50 for adults and $10 for kids. Gold, VIP and 2-Day GA Passes will not be available the weekend of the event. THE AFTER-PARTY AT THE SHERATON FAIRPLEX For the first time, we will be selling reserved table seats for the After-Party at the Sheraton Fairplex on July 19. The $25 reserved seats include complimentary appetizers and waitress service (drinks not included). You will be seated near the stage, and we will assign table seats based on the date that you order. The $10 ticket is a general cover charge, including access to dancing and the jazz concert. For both of these tickets, nothing will be mailed to you; your name will be on the list at the door. PREFERRED PARKING We have opened up two parking lots inside Bonelli Park for $15 per car; shuttles (if needed) will deliver you to the front gate. You must buy these Preferred Parking passes in advance through the website; if you order them between July 11-20, your pass will be waiting for you at the parking kiosk at either entrance. TICKET OUTLETS:
All tickets are mailed via U.S. Mail service, unless the optional UPS 2-3 Day shipping is ordered (which is an extra $15). Omega is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. HANDLING FEES: For all orders placed through Omega Events, a $2 Handling Fee is added to the price of each ticket. Wahoos does not charge any handling fees, but Inglewood Tickets and Ticketmaster does charge a handling fee.) FACILITY FEE: A $3 Facility Fee is added to the price of each ticket, regardless of where you buy the ticket. |
