Back to Top1. What is the difference between Gold and General Admission tickets?
Gold tickets give you:
• Access to the GOLD Seating Area, a preferred-viewing section in front of the main stage
• A RESERVED Seat (We will provide the seating; however, if you would like to bring your own chair, you may purchase an UNRESERVED Gold ticket that will start in Row 13
• 3 complimentary wine tastings at the Wine Garden Stage Bar

General Admission tickets give you:
• An unreserved seat – first come, first served.
• Seating is not provided, so bring your own low backed chair or beach blanket.

Saturday and Sunday GOLD seats are assigned. We will provide the seating; however, if you would like to bring your own chair, you may purchase an UNRESERVED Gold ticket that will start in Row 13.

Back to Top3. How will I receive my tickets?
• NEW to 2010 - PRINTPASS: for $1, you will be able to print your ticket from home. Please note that you will need to open your email from hello@frontgatetickets.com to print your ticket. Your receipt DOES NOT serve as your ticket
• USPS: tickets may be purchased and delivered by USPS. Please note that Omega Events is NOT responsible for lost or stolen tickets. We offer UPS and PRINTPASS as alternatives for delivery.
• UPS: available at an extra cost. UPS will provide you with tracking information and will serve as the only form of mail delivery at least one week prior to a show.

The festival will feature music both days from 10-6. Gates open at 10 a.m.

Back to Top6. What can I bring to the festival?
Guests are welcome to bring low-back beach chairs, blankets, picnics, non-alcoholic beverages, hats and sunscreen. Please DO NOT bring glass, alcoholic beverages, video recording equipment, pets, tents or canopies. The festival is rain or shine, all artists and performance times are subject to change, NO REFUNDS.

You may rent umbrellas at the Snack Bar at Johnsons Beach. Please note that the rentals can only be arranged at the festival, not in advance.


Back to Top9. I just ordered my tickets, and there is only a week or less before the festival...how do I get them?
Tickets ordered AFTER Midnight on Thursday, September 3 are ALL AUTOMATICALLY left at WILL CALL. The WILL CALL booth is at the front gate of the venue and will open approximately 8:30 am both days. Tickets cannot be picked up in advance that are purchased through our website.

The Russian River Festivals do not accept unsolicited materials from artists. Due to the fact that there are only 4-5 timeslots per day on the main stage, we typically fill those slots with nationally-recognized performers. All performer inquiries can be emailed to talent@omegaevents.com.
